Office Appointments
Although our normal service means we come to visit you where you are, we do have a physical office where you can come along to see us.
Of course because we visit clients in their own homes we have an appointment system in place to ensure we are be able to see everyone.

Although our office is located at the edge of Limavady, we travel around Northern Ireland visiting clients in their homes or at the premises to discuss their Last Will and Testament, Enduring Powers of Attorney or other matters relating to their Inheritance Planning. 

We cover a range of matters: Last Will & Testament; Trust Planning; Family Heirloom Trusts; Inheritance Tax Planning; Enduring Powers of Attorney; Secure Document Storage; Funeral Plans; Partnership Agreements; Wealth Creation; Wealth Preservation; Family Insurances;

We take a practical approach to preparing Wills. We will discuss with you the possible outcomes of certain decisions you may make. This allows you to make an educated decision about these areas now.

Circumstances change as we move through life, so it is important to review any Wills or related areas regularly. Because some changes can invalidate a Will even partially, we recommend you review your Will every 3 years. A quick review can put your mind at ease knowing all is in order. 

The service we provide is affordable to all. Since you only pay for the services you require we will only deal with these matters. However it is important to consider the effect something may have on tax for example and that we may recommend you review other financial matters with an accountant or financial adviser. 

It is important you have our trust at all times and for this reason we will not discuss any matters arising with anyone without your instruction to do so. [that includes beneficiaries etc.] We will not try to sell you other services. We will only discuss your Will and related matters.

 When the time comes you or a loved one will pass away. You may require some assistance. We are only too happy to continue our service where we can. We provide a paid Secure Storage Facility and record all our Wills on a National Will Register. So the days of lost Wills are gone forever. You will be able to retrieve your Will and documents stored at any time or your Executors when you pass on.

We can also put you in touch with Funeral Directors, etc to make arrangements for other matters arising out of your Will.

And of course we are always available to talk should you need some simple advice or clarification.
